EriK Lambert – President
Mr. Lambert is the president of SDT Solutions. He was formerly the division manager of SDT’s OSP construction unit. Mr. Lambert began his career in telecommunications infrastructure services in 1995. in 2001, Erik joined SDT as a construction manager. in 2003, he was promoted to project manager in SDT’s wireless division where he was responsible for national VAD systems install for a top U.S. carrier. in 2006 Erik was promoted to senior project manager in charge of various national OSP and ISP projects. these projects included FTTX, central office installs, data center equipment upgrades, large-scale splicing projects, underground utility projects, engineering projects, and customer premise drops.
ED CRAWFORD – DIVISION CONTROLLER
Ed Crawford brings four decades of accounting expertise to SDT where he serves as Controller, managing daily accounting functions and supervising personnel, as well as preparing the company’s monthly and yearly financial reports. Mr. Crawford spent 13 years serving in the United States Air Force, receiving an Associate’s degree in Computer Science from the Air Force College. In addition to Associate’s degrees from Vermilion Community College, Berean College ( Pastoral Studies), and the University of Maryland (Management), Mr. Crawford holds Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Alabama–Huntsville and Bellevue University. His MBA in Accounting was earned from the University of North Dakota. When he is not working, Mr. Crawford enjoys spending his time hunting and fishing, playing tennis, and working in his yard.
MICHELLE DOUGLAS – Manager / ProfESSIONAL Service Administrator
Michelle Douglas serves as Professional Services Administration Manager for SDT Solutions. A native of Brookhaven, Mississippi, Douglas received her Associates of Applied Science degree from Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Wesson, Mississippi. She joined CommTech, a forerunner of UniTek, as an administrative assistant in 1992, and began working for SDT in 1999. As the executive administrative assistant to the CEO of Unitek, Ms. Douglas is involved in the daily details of the Engineering, Real Estate, and Managed Services divisions. She credits the leadership team of SDT and UniTek with having a huge impact on her life and her family. In her spare time, Ms. Douglas goes on camping and fishing trips with her husband and their two sons.
Kim Rogers – Manager / Construction Administrator
Kim Rogers is the Manager and Construction Administrator for SDT, responsible for the onboarding of potential construction employees. Ms. Rogers manages the team that oversees time management and daily production for each construction division employee. She is responsible for managing the process of setting up subcontracts and tracking daily production and invoicing on all SDT Legacy construction contracts. Rogers credits hard work, a good work ethic, and loyalty, along with the ability to adapt to change as preparation for the journey through the world of Telecom In her personal time, she loves to listen to live music and travel, especially to the beach, as well as cooking and spending time with her two adult children. As a manager, Ms. Rogers is inspired by Zig Ziglar, “A manager is not a person who can do the work better than his men; he is a person who can get his men to do the work better than he can.”
